These terms cover your use of kaisystems.uk and our live demo. They're separate from — and don't replace — the Letter of Engagement or Ongoing Engagement Agreement we sign with actual clients, which governs the work itself. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement you have with us, the signed agreement wins.

1. Who we are

K.AI is a UK-based web and automation consultancy. Contact us at enquiries@kaisystems.uk.

2. Using the site

The site is here to explain what we do and let you get in touch. You're welcome to browse it, request a demo, and read or leave reviews. Please don't try to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

3. The live demo

/demo is a sample dashboard built with illustrative data so you can see how our systems work. It doesn't process real bookings, real payments, or real client data, and nothing you do in the demo results in an actual appointment, order, or transaction.

4. Reviews

By submitting a review through the site, you confirm it's your honest opinion and you're happy for us to publish it (with your first name and company if you gave them, or anonymously if you chose that). We may lightly edit reviews for length or clarity but not their meaning, and we'll remove a review on request.

5. Accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it's provided as-is and we can't guarantee every detail is current. Nothing on the site is a binding quote — actual project scope, pricing, and terms are agreed separately in writing before any work starts.

6. Intellectual property

The site's design, code, and copy belong to K.AI unless stated otherwise. Reviews and quotes remain attributed to their authors. Please don't reproduce the site's content elsewhere without asking.

7. Liability

We're a small consultancy, not a large corporation with a legal department — so, to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or demo. This doesn't limit liability for anything that can't lawfully be limited, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

9. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally — the date at the top shows when they last changed.
