Cookie Policy

Short version: this site doesn't ask you to accept cookies, because it doesn't use any that need your consent. Here's exactly what does and doesn't run on kaisystems.uk and our live demo.

1. The public website (kaisystems.uk, /demo)

Sets no cookies. We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is built to be cookieless — it doesn't store anything in your browser, doesn't use a persistent identifier, and can't follow you to other sites. Because nothing is stored on your device, UK cookie law (PECR) doesn't require consent for it — there's simply nothing to consent to.

2. Our internal team tools

We also run a login-only system for our own team to manage the business — not something the public uses or can access. When one of us signs in, it stores a login (authentication) token in the browser so we stay signed in. That's a "strictly necessary" technology under UK cookie law — it exists purely to keep a logged-in session working, isn't used for tracking or advertising, and is exempt from needing consent for that reason.

3. What we don't use

4. If this changes

If we ever add something that does require consent — most likely a marketing pixel of some kind — we'll add a proper opt-in banner before it runs, and update this page to explain what it does and why. Until then, there's genuinely nothing to opt in or out of.
